One of my clients was craving Balaleet (بلاليط), a Middle Eastern dish composed of whole Eggs, Spaghetti, Saffron, Cardamon, a lot of sugar and butter.
He decided to develop a healthier version composed of the ingredients below:

- 57g of Whole Spelt Spaghetti
- 3 Omega-3 Eggs
- 12 sachets of Stevia
- 2 pinches of Saffron
- 2 pieces of Cardomon (Hail in Arabic)

(1) Boil Spaghetti for 10 minutes.

(2) Mix Eggs in a bowl with Black Pepper & Salt.

(3) Slowly cook on low heat. Cover pan.

(4) Combine 200ml of water, Saffron, Cardamon & Stevia.

(5) Boil ingredients until mixture becomes thick.
(6) Throw Spaghetti into Saffron mixture and cook until both completely combine.

Hi Fahad! Sorry for posting this here. My diet plan has me taking a scoop of whey & a scoop of psyllium husk as a pre bed snack. Which scoop did you mean? The scoop that comes with the whey protein or the 3gm scoop that comes with the husk? And when you say add a pinch of pepper to green tea, will a couple of shakes of the pepper shaker do or like half a teaspoon?
I am going to try this for breakfast today. Thanks!
