High Protein Peanut Butter Cookie Dough

A healthy, treatment muscle building treat that will hopefully get your mind off of dieting. This recipe’s all over the net, but I did a bit of tweaking based on my ingredient preferences.

Ingredients

  • 40 grams Oat Bran
  • 1 tablespoon All-Natural Chunky Peanut Butter
  • 1 scoop Whey Protein (Chocolate or Vanilla)
  • 1 Egg White
  • 2-4 packets of Stevia or Splenda

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and eat raw.

    two questions
    1) can i substitute oat bran for wheat germ
    2) for the egg whites, does it matter if it is not pasteurized

    2) Nope. I used raw Egg Whites. You’ll be fine.

    I’ve got a bit of a dilemna, I decided to give peanut butter a try after you’ve talked about it so much in your blog and now I’ve gotten addicted to pb&jelly sandwiches. If I’m looking to pack on pounds of muscle should I confine it to my cheat day or can I get away with it?
