My Favorite Healthy Treat

Every time I eat this it feels like I’m cheating. It tastes SO GOOD and health-wise it’s even BETTER! Below are the servings that I use as per my weight and goal.


  • 1 scoop of Vanilla or Chocolate Whey Protein (I used VPX SRO Zero Carb Vanilla)
  • 1 scoop Vanilla or Chocolate Casein Protein (I used Optimum Nutrition’s 100% Casein)
  • 2 tablespoons of Stonewall Kitchen Chunky Peanut Butter (sold at The Sultan Center)
  • 6 tablespoons of toasted Wheat Germ (sold at The Sultan Center)
  • 2 tablespoons Unsweetened Cocoa (Hershey’s or Cadbury)
  • 1/4-cup of Water
  • 2-4 packets of Stevia (Stevia in the Raw sold at The Sultan Center or Purvia sold at Lulu Hypermarket)


  1. Mix all ingredients together except for the Peanut Butter and water.
  2. Add water 1 tablespoon at a time and mix. This mixture is supposed to be SUPER THICK. If it turns out like pudding then you’ve used too much water.
  3. Add the Peanut Butter and keep on mixing.
  4. Freeze for 2 hours.
  5. Eat with a teeny tiny spoon (I use a stikana spoon) to savor every bit of it!

Tailor Your Servings

  • Lower Fat: Use 1 tablespoon of Peanut Butter.
  • Lower Protein: Use 1/2 a scoop of Whey & 1/2 Casein. Using both is essential to this mix since they provide a broader Amino Acid spectrum. The casein helps thicken the mixture considerably.
  • Lower Carb: 3 tablespoons of Wheat Germ, information pills although 18 grams is pretty low.
