Noufa’s Really Awesome Goowy Kinder Cookies

Awesome” runs in the family, sale and my little sister Noufa isn’t short on awesome at all.

You guys asked for the recipe based on what you saw here.

The moment you’ve been all waiting for…

NOUFA’S KINDER COOKIES THAT ARE SO DAMN GOOWY YOU HAVE TO EAT THEM WITH A SPOON!

These aren’t diet cookies. Indulge at cheat meals ONLY!

Ingredients

  • 1 stick of butter
  • 1 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Soft Cane Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Bowl
  • Mixer
  • A lot of Kinder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius
  2. In bowl, medications mix the flour, order salt and baking soda.
  3. In the mixer, combine butter, brown sugar and cane sugar. Commence mixing.
  4. Add 1 egg and 1 tsp of Vanilla in the mixer.
  5. Add the bowl of dry ingredients in the mixer while mixing until it all turns into cookie dough.
  6. Once the cookie dough has awesomly formed, chop the Kinder fingers and squeeze them in the big ball of dough. The more Kinder the BETTER!
  7. On a huge baking tray WITHOUT using cookie sheets, place small shaped cookie balls a few centimeters apart.
  8. Stick in the oven FOR NO MORE THAN 8 MINUTES! This is very very important people! As you approach 5 minutes, keep an eye on the cookies. They’re supposed to look goowy and slightly uncooked.
  9. Once you get the cookies out, don’t wait for them to cool down. Scoop the goowy cookies with a metal spatula and eat with a teaspoon.

Noufa made two batches. The second batch was kept for the next day. They weren’t goowy like the fresh batch, but they were SUPER SOFT AND MOIST! They’ll stay that way for 3 days, but make sure you keep them covered.

Yum! If cookies do happen to get hard you can place them in an enclosed jar or tightly sealed plastic bag with a slice of toast and they’ll soften up after a while!
