Sahar, a blogger, Twitter follower and loyal reader of my blog tweeted me a picture of a homemade burger she prepped using the “Superlean 95%” Ground Beef I posted about on my last Grocery Shopping post.
I don’t know the specifics in regards to the ingredients she used, but the burger bun was of high-fiber quality from The Sultan Center, pictured below and also sent by Sahar:
The burger bun on the left is “multi-cereal” and the one on the left is “high-fiber“.
I haven’t analyzed these yet, but will do soon and keep you guys updated on their quality.

LOL I just saw this
since you were wondering, I had a fat free slice of cheese, ketchup, mustard ,and a piece of lettuce (I was too hungry to cut up more vegetables). And by the way, it was filling, and tasted really good!
you know what .. no matter what is there in a home-made burger .. it’s still going to be much more healthy than fast food burgers
i don’t feel bad after eating my home-made burger sandwich as much as how bad i feel when i buy one from any fast food resturant
my opinion
