
For no more than 150 calories, you can enjoy a tasty, nutritious and antioxidant-loaded fruitfest of frozen yogurt for no more than 750 fils at IKEA.
This isn’t news to many of you since everyone already blogged about it, but the bargain sure as hell deserves to be mentioned multiple times since it beats the costly yogurt offered at Pinkberry and the other fro-yo joints.

At 150 calories post-fruit additions, consider this your dieting buddy. The next time you pass by IKEA, load your plain frozen yogurt with as much berries AS POSSIBLE!
Berries are super high in fiber, antioxidants and polyphenols that specifically target visceral fat (abdominal fat, belly fat, waist fat). To widen that smile on your face, the calcium found in frozen yogurt also targets visceral fat.
